10. The determination of compensation payable under section 12 of the Act
The amount of compensation to be paid under Section 12 of the Act shall not be more than Rs.100 in respect of each case, the exact amount being determined tay the Veterinary Surgeon who is authorised to certify in writing under Sub-section (c) of Section 11 that the animal shall be destroyed.
