2. Definitions

In these Rules, unless the context otherwise requires, -

"Act" means the Kerala Prevention and Control of Animal Diseases Act, 1967 (No. 4 of 1967);
"Section" means a section of the Act;
Words and expressions used in the Act and not defined in these rules shall have (he same meaning assigned to them in the Act.
