The Licensing Authority shall when the permission applied for is granted affix his signature and seal of office and also endorse his approval on the plan and other documents as approved by it and return a copy each to the applicant and also inform the Executive Engineer, the Chief Electrical Inspector or his nominee, the Town Planner, the Divisional Officer of Fire Force and the Health Officer about the permission having been granted.
