No. 986/88  - In exercise of the powers conferred by S.13 of the Kerala Cinemas (Regulation) Act, 1958 (32 of 1958), and in super session of the Kerala Cinemas (Regulation) Rules, 1975, published under G.O. (Ms) 109/75 dated the 6th September 1975 as SRO. No. 846/75 in the Kerala Gazette No. 40 dated the 14th October, 1975, the Government of Kerala hereby make the following rules for the regulation of exhibition by means of cinematographs in the State of Kerala, namely: -
