219S. Punishment for depositing or throwing any rubbish or solid waste in contraction of the provisions of this Act

Whosoever deposits or throws any rubbish, solid waste or carcasses in contravention of the provisions of this Act shall, on conviction, be punishable with fine which shall not be less than rupees fifty but may extend upto rupees two hundred and fifty.
