1. Short title and commencement
- This Act may be called the Kerala Public Libraries (Kerala Granthasala Sanghom) Amendment Act, 1998.
- Sections 5, 7 and 12 shall be deemed to have come into force on the 26th day of April, 1998 and the remaining provisions of this Act shall be deemed to have come into force on the 22nd day of May, 1998.
