Error message

113. Appeals
- Any person aggrieved, by an order made by the court under section 100 or section 101, may prefer an appeal, on any question of law or of fact, -
- before the District Court on the decision of the Munsiff’s Court; and
- before the High Court on the decision of the District Court;
- the Government shall, in consultation with the High Court notify the appropriate courts in the Gazette.
- Every appeal under this section shall be preferred within a period of thirty days from the date of the order of the court under section 100 or section 101:
Provided that the Appellate Court may entertain an appeal after the expiry of the said period of thirty days, if it is satisfied that the appellant had sufficient cause for not preferring the appeal within such period.
