  • Deprecated function: implode(): Passing glue string after array is deprecated. Swap the parameters in drupal_get_feeds() (line 394 of /usr/share/nginx/html/sanchitha.lsgkerala.gov.in/includes/common.inc).

31. Removal of difficulties.

  1. If any difficulty arises in giving effect, to the provisions of this Act. the Government may by order, do anything, in consistent with the provisions of this Act, which appears to them to be necessary or expedient for the purpose of removing the difficulty: Provided that no order shall be made under this section after the expiry of two years from the commencement of this Act.
  2. Every order made under this section shall be laid after it is made, in the session of the Legislative Assembly that immediately follows.
