20. Conditions of registrations

Subject to the foregoing, provisions of this chapter, every person who :-

  1. is not less than eighteen years of age on the qualifying date; and
  2. is ordinarily resident in a constituency, shall be entitled to be registered in the electoral roll for that constituency.
