The Kerala Prevention of Food Adulteration Rules, 1957

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 24 of the Prevention of Food Adulteration Act, 1954 (Central Act 37 of 1954), Government, after consultation with the Central Committee for Food Standards, and in super session of all previous rules on the subject hereby make the following rules, the same having been previously published as required by sub-section (1) of the said section: —
Government appoint the 16th April 1957 as the date from which these rules shall come into force in the State of Kerala.
