25. Restrictions on the affixture of light etc.

The licensee shall not permit or suffer :

any light to be affixed to the side walls or posts of such building or place;
any light to be placed within 1.50 metres of the walls or roof of such building or place;
any fire-work to be ignited by his servants within 90 metres of any part of the outer walls of such building or place; and
smoking within such building or place.
